Getting There

Mankong is accessible from Ngaoundéré (4h) and Tibati (1h30) by paved road then track. A 4×4 vehicle is needed in the rainy season.

Accommodation

A few community guesthouses and homestays are available. Contact MACUDA for details and bookings.

Best Time to Visit

November to April (dry season) for hiking and outdoor visits. The rainy season (May–October) offers a lush plateau with fewer visitors.
